Our aim is to provide an accurate representation of your client’s roof. Both interior and exterior reports are mapped on actual look down photos of the building, making sure it is completely clear where the photo was taken.
We take photos of all relevant points, damaged or not. This means that although we assess the footage, and provide commentary, if there is an issue that we are not aware of, the area will still have been captured.

Subfloor Inspections with Cavity Critter.
Commercial Subfloor Inspections
Subfloor reports can be tailored to your clients’ requirements. Full reports capture all sections of the foundations and every pile. Photos are taken of these, and a plan is created showing where these photos were taken. We can also do reports that just capture general condition or indeed find a single leak if that is what is required.
The information provided is helpful when planning renovations or when trying to solve issues with services. In many instances, any above floor leak, and indeed even roof leaks will end up in the subfloor and we will capture this information. The quality of the subfloor timber and any seismic damage will also be evident.

Commercial Internal Roof Inspections
Internal roof reports are again mapped on an actual photo of the building, allowing easy location of issues. All relevant points are captured allowing a good understanding of the structure to be established.
All reports are compiled by licensed builders and reviewed by a category 2 licensed builder with 33 years of experience in the building industry in two countries.
The reports are designed, so that should a review by an independent entity be required, all relevant points will have been captured making this easy
