We have developed technology and procedures to allow us to carry out comprehensive inspections of external roofing and internal ceiling spaces. Our inspection model has been developed with health and safety in mind, while maintaining our high-quality imaging, mapping, and reporting practices.
Our External roof inspection service allows a thorough inspection to be carried out from the ground in most circumstances, using our specially designed “Roof Critter”, removing the need for personnel to gain access to the roof surface. An aerial drone is also available, should a property not be accessible using our standard inspection method.
Our Internal roof inspection service provides wide coverage of internal roof spaces and structures. An operator entering the roof space will conduct the internal inspections.
The video data gathered during your ceiling cavity & roof inspection is processed into an easy to follow report by an experienced, licensed category 2 builder. The report includes detailed photos gathered during the inspection with a plan of the roof showing the location and direction each photograph was taken from. Reports are completed within 5 days of the inspection taking place, and sent to the client via email upon payment.
Internal and external roof inspections take approximately 45mins each. All homes within 20kms of the city centre that are up to, and no more than 250 square meters and are one dwelling with reasonable complexity are $790 inc GST. Over that, we assess the job and clear any extra charges with the client.

How Do We Book a Job?
A client can book a job by filling out the booking form located on our website. This is the easiest and preferred method, however specific requirements or questions may be discussed in person by making contact on 021343156. We aim to contact the client within 24 hours of receiving a booking request to schedule an appointment time.
Inspection Reports
The video data gathered during your ceiling cavity & roof inspection is processed into an easy to follow report by an experienced, licensed category 2 builder.
Reports are completed within 5 business days of the inspection taking place, and sent to the client via email upon payment.
Most reports contain between 30-100 high quality images & include a plan of the house/dwelling showing which direction every still was taken from and the location in the roof cavity.
